By accessing or using PumaHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

PumaHost provides Minecraft server hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must provide accurate and current information
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use services for illegal activities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Overload or disrupt our infrastructure
  • Resell services without written permission

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in USD and billed monthly
  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

6. Service Level Agreement

  • We target 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control
  • Support response times: 24 hours for standard tickets

7. Data and Backups

  • Automated backups are performed every 6 hours
  • Backups are retained for 7 days
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
  • We are not liable for data loss

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

PumaHost is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
